Conversion Station
Preserve your memories with our Digital Conversion Station! Available at the FCL Farmington Hills location only.
This station includes specialized photo slide scanners; a VHS to DVD converter; and a cassette to CD/MP3 converter. Bring removable media (Music CD-Rs or USB drives) to save your memories.
This service is first-come first-served, so we encourage you to call ahead to make sure the machine is open. A user can use the machine all day or up to two hours if someone else is waiting.

- A Windows PC with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements editing software
- A Toshiba DV620, VHS to DVD converter
- A Powerslide 5000 Slide Scanner
- A TEAC AD-RW900, Cassette to CD or Digital MP3 recorder
- A Wolverine 8mm & Super 8 Reels to Digital MovieMaker Pro Film Digitizer

The Cricut machine is available at the FCL Farmington Hills location only. Materials will not be provided. You can check out our tools and accessories kit from the Information Desk for in-Library use.
