Michigan State Dept. of Treasury provides downloadable forms and publications in Adobe .pdf format for 2006 and back through 1997, as well as links to numerous publications and city tax forms, including City of Detroit Income Tax Forms You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader browser plugin in order to download and print these materials.

Another comprehensive collection of tax forms and publications, this from the Michigan eLibrary (MrL); however, it is generally not as up-to-date as the Michigan State Government link (see above).
