Its mission is to provide information and opinion about jazz from the past, present, and future. Through a "Global Jazz" section, reviews of jazz from around the world, and interviews with international musicians, we approach the music from four continents, including ten cities in the US alone. There are over 15,000 musician profiles in its database. This is a complete online database of recorded music. Searchable by artist, album, song, style and label. Classical Net features more than 3,000 CD/DVD/Book reviews, as well as 6,000 files and over 4,000 links to other classical music Web sites Exhibits, inductees, programs, and music. While Google has not actually added a separate Music Search site like its video and image search tools, you can find information about artists, songs, albums and places to buy the music you are looking for&mdasjust h;enter the name of an artist popular in the U.S. into the search box, and Google will display user reviews, song titles, stores to purchase the music and other useful information related to that artist at the top of your search results. ![]() This is a nice Web site for finding artist information including the "Top 50 artists", new tours, and a link to network other musicians together through the "Mojammer" database. The site is searchable by artist, city, or venue. A fun Web site with loads of information including a rock music visual history timeline, inductees, exhibits and special programs. ARTISTdirect has re launched UBL as the ultimate destination for independent and unsigned bands.
