Exercising for a Healthy Heart

Offers a choice of a multimedia presentation with questions, requiring the Adobe's free FLASH plugin, with which Internet Explorer 7 has problems, or a self-playing version without questions, also requiring FLASH, and a printer-friendly text version, which does require Adobe's free Acrboat Reader plugin. The tutorial is published by the Patient Education Institute and licensed by the National Library of Medicine.
