The
Farmington Community Arts Council (FCAC) represents
more than 25 arts and cultural organizations in the community.
A representative from each organization is selected to serve on
the council. Individuals and business members are invited to attend
our fall annual meeting.
The goal of
the FCAC is to create a collective voice to communicate and strengthen
ties to our community's heritage, provide a networking system
within the community for our cultural offerings and showcase member
organizations at the annual Festival of the Arts and cultural
activities throughout the year.
The FCAC publishes
"Lively
Arts," a quarterly newsletter, and sponsors the
Farmington Community Festival of the Arts, a weeklong activity
beginning the last Sunday of April.
