
The COA was formed in 1977 to support the betterment of daily living for older adults in the cities of Farmington and Farmington Hills.
"To promote the well-being and dignity of older adults in our community through advocacy and education."
Meetings are regularly held at 5:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the City of Farmington council chambers January, February and March and at the Costick Center for the remainder of the year.
All meetings are open to the public and attendance by all interested citizens is encouraged.

All of the members are volunteers appointed for a period of 3 years by the mayors of Farmington and Farmington Hills respectively.
